It was explained nicely in “God Emperor of Dune”. The worm knew everything that would happen in the future and I mean EVERYTHING! There wasn’t just one future, they were many many of them and he knew about each one. The thing he didn’t know was which one would actually happen due to free will. I think that was a good explanation of the paradox.
There is the Oh, God! approach “I know the future the second it becomes the past.” As to omniscience, if the future hasn’t happened yet, there’s nothing to know. There are others. The Har Etzion Yeshivah website has an in-depth article on free will.
God knows what you will probably do, but he loves it when you don’t. So, love your neighbor like you love yourself, or your own family. And don’t forget that your neighbor isn’t just the guy in the house next to you.
Sees all, knows all, tells nothing. The Universe is in a state of quantum uncertainty unless He directly observes it. Then it becomes deterministic. Until then, we particles are free to bounce around using solely Newtonian laws.

All knowing isn’t the same as all controlling it. Just means you can’t avoid the bad stuff just because you know it is coming.

Just because he knows it’s coming, does not mean that he is responsible for it happening.
