    My kids made that mistake once when they were visiting from their mom’s. I had them waterproof the deck.

    as a kid all the way up to today, I’ve never been bored. Even during down times, there’s always something to do, something to read (like the comics?!), something to watch (if not on TV or the net, I go out and sit with the birds and squirrels)… one must be content and satisfied with simpler things in life. If you are, you will never be bored!

    If we told dad that, he’d respond, “Hi Bored. I’m Dad.” And throw us outside to be bored out of his sight. Which usually resulted in us getting up to things we shouldn’t have gotten up to.
