She leans over and attaches it to the collar.<br> <br> "Walk around a bit...See how you like it.." Lucy stands up and gazes at Snoopy. He looks down a this collar.<br> <br> Tinkle tinkle ginkle. Lucy watches as Snoopy trots off.<br> <br> Tinkle tinkle tinkle. He trots in the other direction.<br> <br> "Well, what do you think?" Lucy crouches down beside Snoopy.<br> <br> "MOO!" Snoopy answers.
