For almost 25 years now, Crayola has tried to make up for it with these….

I have to admit…. when I saw them for the first time I thought it was a joke!

Now I see what the’re trying to do, and I give them some credit for effort…but they could have called them "Multi skin tones. "Some groups are upset to find their “cultures” supposedly defined by a color.

I’d also like to know what “culture” is represented by that pure white crayon.Skinheads?

The flesh crayon never looked like anything real anyway

I definitely remember having “flesh” in my crayon boxes in the late 60s, and I don’t think they were 5 years old, either.

I’m sure of seen paints refered to as flesh when I use to paint figures.
