I’ll add homemade vegetable beef soup to the menu. Tomatoes from last year’s garden, beef ribs (on the bone for those who want to go caveman), corn, peas, butterbeans, onion and spiral macaroni.

Missed you again, ♠Lonewolf♠. Been keeping busy today.

Hi Saucy. I love going caveman, but I just don’t like beef ribs. Pork ribs are a different story though. I eat them a lot in the summer months.

It has been an hectic week for me, but thankfully, all good. I went to our state capitol on Wednesday to testify, and got a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration project underway. I went to my cardiologist on Thursday, and don’t have to go back for 6 months, unless I have another “episode”. Not that I’m cured, he is just stumped and doesn’t know what else he can do for me at this point. As long as I can function reasonably well, I’m okay with that.

Rmom, just try to eat healthy and get some exercise – but don’t over exert yourself.

I still eat some of the things I like eating – just not as often. And I try to walk briskly for 35/40 minutes a day for at least 4 days of the week.

I try to read at least my 10 favorites before heading itno work these days/ The days have, for the most part, way too busy in the past few months.Sometimes, I can only make a single comment on BT during the day – and no one’s around at night any more.

Watching ABC Hallmark movie Space Camp. Also started to read next chapter for Comp I. This class is different then Basic English. Insturctor has us mostly on main topic just different ideas. We had to read two different writings or stories based on an author’s life and I got real caught up in the two different stories.

♥Kab♥, another thing that a lot of people – not necesaily you – have a problem with is “there” and “their”. Be carefull of that, too. A lot of people make that mistake. I see it all the time.

Rmom, that’s another good source of exercise. Did you ever consider getting one of those exeercise bikes or treadmill. With a desent treadmill you can set them at your own speed. Expensive, but not if you get more use out of them than using them to pile clothing on.

SRMom be careful of treadmills. The motors do not last long. Grog I’m actually using a brand new lap top much needed for class work. Acer. My other one is in shop for second time. Plastic holds the plug in the port broke. The man repairing said the the older lap top like new. Told my hubby last time we fix it costing too much. and i mean too much.
