We have been getting a daily dose of rain so the. Trees and lawn are almost blinding with spring colors. My lawn looks incredible.

good evening people and pets.i am feeling a great deal of…relief, relief, relief,right now.we were having trouble with the title company over moms dementia, and it was looking like they would not notarized or insure the title transfer becouse of moms problem.it seems that a LOT of title companies have ben sewed over scams by family members ripping off family members by way of title transfer of property they have no right to.the result is that title companies wont have anything to do with anyone that is in any way challenged with any mental problems.we got a letter from moms old P.A. attesting to the fact that moms dementia is not to far gone that she doesn’t know what is happening with us buying a house for her.i am so relieved right now that i could crawl into a corner and cry like a baby.

Stel I never saw or read any of Harry Potter, but the Lord of the Rings books and now movies are considered CLASSICS! J.R.R. Tolkien wrote the books, and to see them brought to screen by Peter Jackson was just FASCINATING! For the three years at Christmas time, each movie was released. That was something Hubby, sons and I looked so forward too. We made a day of it, the movie and dinner out. And the movies were held in an old theatre of the classic time, The Garman. When each movie ended, it left YOU WANTING MORE, AND YOU HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO SEE THE NEXT ONE! If your sister has the whole set, as do we, you should at least give it a try.

mom is never “ok” any more, but she likes the house, and loves being so close to her daughter. where she is concerned we aren’t better off (with the dementia) but she is so happy on saturday and sunday when we get to get together with family.
