John: How is your dad, Elly? Elly: They don't know. He's had a serious stroke. They're doing tests on him now. April: What happened exactly? Elly: Something has caused an injury to his brain, April. That means there's inflammation which has to go down. It will be a few days before we know how much damage has been done. April: Damage? You mean, he might not be able to speak, or walk or... Elly: No one can make any predictions. We just have to wait. Iris: I want my husband back! April: I want my grandpa. Elly: I want my dad!
