Ka Lunk! How will Groin-bot get out if Traze-R falls Ker Plunk and goes Boom?

Remind me not to go to Diet Smith to get a robot to protect my stuff.

Seriously, right now I’m having doubts that Mecha-Dickzilla would have been much good at the convenience store robbery, and of course Dick Tracy would have been worse than useless even with the suspects coming out of the store right in front of him.

The thing that saves DT in this series: He and his robot are up against Braces and his gang, and they don’t appear to have brains enough to run while their robot provides this distraction. Tracy might actually catch them while they’re standing there. If you’re going to be a nearly immobile cop, you need equally immobile crooks to give you a fighting chance.

Wow! Chunks come flying off of Traze-R and yet…theres still something missing…or is it still there??

Aaaahhh…YES, The third panel shows no damage…

Tracy has been reduced to a play by play announcer.

It looks like Dilbert has some robots now too. Of course they are trying to kill everyone, but maybe they will make it here and finish this storyline?

I guess Diet should have gotten his Robot from China by Mail Order as well instead of wasting all the time in the development lab. Someone at QVC beat him to it, with much better quality. 3 yrs, 36000 punches! Whichever comes first.

I bet BF/MF is even waterproof and get fight underwater!

He Dick, grab a mic and start calling the play-by-play instead of just standing there.

Sam and Lizz will be there in a few months to get the whole story. Teevo is going to write about this in his memoirs……

“Traze-R is blinded!”. No-duh. Maybe if Traze-R took his hands away from his eyes he would be able to see. Traze-R looks like he is playing peek-a-book in Panel #1.

Mmargueritem - thanks for the compliment! Really, you think the sandwich avatar was more fitting than this Chippendale? haha, go figure. Do not worry, I am sure I will find another sandwich sometime in the near future to go back to my original theme. After all, Dick Tracy deserves a bad sandwich.

Tracy was stunned! His plan to use Traze-R to get rid of “Chief” Lizz was falling apart right before his eyes. “Traze-R is blinded! He exclaimed out loud. He was pleased that he remembered the robots name. He almost called him Thomas Dolby.

“Thanks for telling me something I don’t know”! Traze-R thought to himself as he rubbed his eyes in an attempt to regain his vision. “Maybe if you helped instead of just standing on the sidelines doing color commentary I wouldn’t be in this predicament”. Traze-R wanted to say. Magnum-Force made a fist and clocked Traze-R with an over head right. For fun he made some sound effects as he connected with Traze-R’s jaw. “KA LUNK” “Feels like I’m in an old Batman TV show” MF chuckled “TRAZE-R IS DOWN” Tracy felt compelled to once again state the obvious. “And soon OUT”, mocked MF

Traze R was happier then he had ever been in his entire existence. What could be better then being in a field of Dandelions, birds chirping, slight wind blowing, sun shining down as he gladly poured a glass of milk for his Diet Smith who was lying on the grass with a picnic basket next to him. “You CAN go home”, he thought, “you CAN”.

Yeah! Traze-R may be going down, but not our Bassman Bob! I was a little worried after yesterday’s posts, but I should have known better. Don’t ever stop writing, BB!

Meh, Chippendales are a dime a dozen, but Dick Tracy Sandwiches, well those are a rarity.

I thought it was all tied into the old film canisters they were carrying out?

When Braces was “explaining” his caper to his gang, the scene cut away to Genesis, where they (Genesis people) referred to a secret project. Braces attacked to get the tapes, but he might not know about the secret project.

So it might be a robot, and not the tapes.

And it might not…

All the repetition of the plot made me forget that scene!

Uh, Detective Tracy, I kinda hate to bring this up but— Don’t you guys have guns? I’m not talking about those police specials, I mean some serious firepower like SWAT teams are supposed to have? Now might be a good time to use them, don’tcha think?

Maybe we can get David to show up with his slingshot. Hey, against a giant– it worked once before.
