I eat oat meal with granola cereal and blue berries, but for a traditional one, it would be Rice Krispies

My mom’s reply would have been, “Your arms aren’t broken!” and my favorite cereal is craklin oats.

I’m surprised no one said something to the effect of:“My favorite cereal is ‘Pelican Crisps’” or something

Yeah GOOD TO SEE YOU PELLIE! Now as for Elliot, that boy is gonna be in a world of hurt if he doesn’t watch his mouth! (Just a figure of expression, which I know is no longer politically correct and could get me arrested.)

I loved Captain Crunch, but those sharp little squares always tore my mouth up.

I was a a sugar hound back then. These day I will take the hot & spicy over the sweet any day of the week. The only sugar I want is in my Pepsi.

No sugar in my breakfast. I use plain rolled oats as part of my breakfast bars- with whole wheat and may seeds and grains -sweetened with organic apples, raisons cinnamon and vanilla. I try to have at least 4 different fresh fruits that I chop up with my Greek yogurt, but today I had the bar with an omlet (very little fruit so I little finely diced onion and red pepper). Doing groceries tomorrow.

And my kids (when they started school) could all get out their cereal etc without my help- but now I have grandkids in college!
