Cats and dogs can be allergic to each other. We know how Fuzz likes to roll into things and bring them home to you Ziggy. Flea bites and pollen both which can be result of your dog going out doors and bringing allergens inside.
Maybe a good Benedryl Sergeant could shape them up.
