She should just let them do it in her machine. My kids have been doing their own since grade school, partly because the boys would fight over whose socks and underwear were which (they were so close in age that they wore the same size). By the time I had a girl, I just expected them to do it.

I’m allergic to powdered wang supplies and hate the new scented ones. I hang the wash outside. Only my kids use the dryer (when they visit).
