    in cavepeoples’ time being heavy was a good thing. it was a sign of successful hunting and food gathering. so gain ten pounds and be more success and beautiful.

    I resolve to start using dat re-useable kind of bag for groceries. I’ve seen enough plastic bags for my lifetime. I think it was one of the worst inventions of mankind. I can only control my use of them and dats wat I’ll do. Today!

    (boasting) I lost 65 lbs – and kept if off. Of course I had to have a stroke and spend three months in the hospital to do it. My resolution for 2012 is not to repeat.
