Locher was the artist during Kilian’s run and the latter half of Collins’s run, but I was referring to his solo run as artist and writer. My comment was more about the missed opportunity as a writer to take a crack at one of Tracy’s more enduring pals. However, considering that Gould himself dropped the character for nearly three decades…
Boy! These past few days are the first I’ve seen of Dick Tracy for many years. I wonder who else from the old Rogue’s Gallery will appear out of the woodwork?
In answer to a days-old question, it appears that Thunderchild is in costume because he’s backstage waiting for his appearance in a gig. And it appears that he’s a reckless hard-case, indeed living his heel persona. He will find Tracy a tougher opponent than he is reckoning….
In the ‘60s I was (and still am) a nut about all things having to do with sci-fi and space exploration. As corny as they were, I loved the Moon Era strips and I have fond memories of Moon Maid. I’m glad that at last she has a first name.

I suppose that holding a candle to someone would break whatever rules pro wrestlers follow.

I wish Dick Tracy appeared in more papers. It’s a shame that many fans still don’t know that DT has been brought back from the edge of the abyss.

So it looks like we now know who the villian is this time around and Patty seems legit.

Thunderchild best be careful. Tracey has more friends with guns than he does.

Thunderchild also loves these chips, which he eats while watching Vitamin Flintheart on that big screen TV of his.

You will break Dick Tracy in two, Thunderchild? Others have tried. Many others! What makes you think you’re special?

I say this all the time, forgive me if it’s boring, BUT I LOVE THIS STRIP!!!

Break him in two, huh? Many have tried, some have died. Good luck, Thundermelvin.
