I’m confused. This was a scheme to get Peter in trouble by making Mom think he’s neglecting nonexistent homework? What does being a freshman have to do with it?

Peter is a junior in the same school, so Andy probably assumed that Peter had the same amount or more homework than Paige.

Wow, Paige ACTUALLY got Peter in trouble instead of Jason.

..and when they look in the books and see the name in them? Paige is in double trouble

You sly devil woman, Paige.

Last year, Paige was at the top of the heap in the final grade in a lower school. Now she’s in the lowest grade in a different place, High School. Peter is a rung or 2 above her in the grade pecking order in the same school. That’s why she thought about being a freshwoman. (Yes, I have an idea that she is female.)

For that, Paige deserves to be locked in room with Morton Goldthwait.

Why don’t you go back about 1,500 years in time, then, so YOU can personally write linguistic history by telling the Anglo-Saxons that the use of the word “man” should ONLY be restricted to beings that actually ARE male, so they won’t make the mistake of misusing it as a gender-neutral noun for centuries and confusing us all in the process? Look, the language and the way it developed are what they are — deal with it.

Do the kids in this strip age or do they stay the same?
