It’s a long book, it takes time!

Is he reading it like Snoopy did back in the ’70’s? One word a day?

I read all of Will Durant’s “History of Civilization” in 3 years. By Plugger standards I’m a speed reader.

I can think of many other things I’d rather read!

That’s the only book I ever put down and did not finish.

I stayed up all day & night one time reading the Stand by Steven King. Couldn’t put it down. Read it from cover to cover all in one shot. MUCH younger then too!!

I’ve got to read books straight through these days. At my age there’s no way I could remember what I read more than a couple of days ago.

comicsssfan: A lot of it was, but I have heard a lot worse than the Rock Bottom Remainders from platinum groups.

When I was in college, we had to read chapters of War and Peace in Russian. Good thing we didn’t have to read the whole thing, or I would never have graduated.

I read “Treasure Island” in an hour when I was a kid. I’ve read it since and took longer over it – I still think it’s over-rated.

Pluggers watch a lot of television.

“Foundation”. all three of the original compilations.

only twice?try reading Battlefield Earth. alot more there to read.
