Laura: Omg! The kids are driving me crazy today. Adam: What's the matter? Laura: The bickering. The picky eating. The whining. It's driving me bonkers. Adam: Why don't you go see a movie. I'll feed the kids and put them to bed. Laura: You will? That would be amazing. What should I see? Adam: It doesn't matter. It'll be nice just to be in a quiet theater away from the chaos. Laura: I'm so excited. This is going to be a nice break. Laura: Are there any empty theaters? Man: Uhh... Yes. The new Kate Hudson movie in #7. Laura: Ahh. This is living. Voice in movie: And I just found out my fiance has a boring job.

Regardless of the movie choice, I want an Adam of my own. Although in fairness, I don’t really need one now. My kids send me out and put themselves to bed these days.

I guess Laura’s not the only mother dealing with three children.

I used to work in a movie theater and it always boggled my mind whenever I saw parents take little kids to an R-rated movie, especially on Sundays.

I went to see Ted, a movie that definitely earned it’s “R” rating, and there were plenty of young children.
