The drugs in this case weren’t PEDs, they were synthetic marijuana. Slightly different. One can argue for/against legalization or decriminalization of marijuana, but until the law changes I think the school HAS to ban the player for taking an illegal drug (repeatedly—this was his third violation).

I wonder when the NCAA will give colleges permission to TRADE players. (and maybe buy and sell them)
