What, no Nurse Chapel? I thought for sure Carolina would get that part. The again, we’ll have to wait to see if the inevitable happens to one of the redshirts…
I notice, with a whole Star Trek universe and the entire cast of Working Daze to combine, a number of readers are awfully interested in which role Carolina is going to play. Again, I wonder when this became primarily a cheesecake strip.
My older brother was an original fan. Before there were Trekkers or Trekkies, or any name for it, he was a fan when those shows first aired. He hasn’t give his opinion of this week yet.
I figure the cheesecake fanciers are only so vocal because the Star Trek minidress for women inspires that kind of thinking.Personally, I read the strip because I am a geek (and proud of it) and find the geeky references extremely funny. This strip is tied with Frazz for most frequent laughter (I work in the IT department for a school district).

Carolina should be Marla McGivers, or whatever Khan’s woman’s name was.

Personally, I love the ad on the screen BEFORE the Borg Queen… Although it might make them easier to assimilate, really…

Yes, Jay, I think you were the only one who didn’t see it coming. And what about Yeoman Rand? Perfect for Carolina, although Rand was a blonde.
