I think Annie is in her mid twenties, not a teenager. But I thought she lived there too, as she fixes breakfast & dinner for them and always seems to be around.
Well, the description of the strip (at the right of the first comment on my config) does say she is a young girl who looks after them. Doesn’t mention where she lives.
