Today’s comic is about Grandpa, his friend Roy, and a discussion about their ‘styles’. I think Joe’s style of play, as shown in the GoComics strip, is not a style that Ruthie enjoys. She’s to be praised for trying to play with her brother, but I think she’d be better off just reading a book.
Some men (like Grandpa Nick) just prefer to stay with clothes they’ve worn for years, but they need to get SOME new pieces now and then. Better a gift certificate so they can pick out their own style.
On the other hand, I have more than a dozen old “big shirts” that are sizes medium or even large that I put on over other outfits when working around the house. I used to button them and wear with a business suit, now only wear with sleeves rolled up.
