Higher mental functioning? Now that makes me feel pretty special.
FishStix, what objection do you have to teaching people how their brains work?
Sorry, Charlie. The country doesn’t need people with good thoughts, the country needs people who think good.
I guess when it comes to higher mental functioning, there are some who support “Abstinence Only.”
Maybe up in Marin somewhere, but the State ain’t funding that.
