I’m with you, bigdoggy! In every big company I’ve worked for, they’ve put in cubicles with either low walls or glass, and everyone either covers the glass with posters or builds higher walls for themselves. Companies do not understand the need to work in privacy and quiet. Heck, 99% of the people in my office don’t work on the same project I do, so there’s no need for in-office communication.

Missed the point! The staff would be competing for the chance to actually have WALLS! Add a door and you have a private office.
