Chute to where? Not that there aren’t any, but I’ve never seen a self serve laundry off the bottom floor. The chances for leakage…

The day I finally put laundromats in the rear view mirror was a very special day, indeed.

A few years ago, I lived in an apartment that had a small, separate building for laundry. The building had a door that locked with a keypad. One evening, I entered the code and tried to open the door, only to meet with unexpected resistance. I formed a vague assumption that someone’s laundry basket must have fallen in front of the door, so I put my shoulder to it and forced the door open. To my shock I discovered that the door was blocked not by a basket, but by a naked man. He had crawled through the window and was trying to bathe himself.

I’ve lived in an apartment building where the laundry room was on the ground floor.

Looks like they’re headed for Uranus! Gasp!

How could anyone be so dumb? LOL

Not even a so-called grand scheme of things matters. So everything matters. Especially espresso.
