Small: Really on a “bender”. Large: Don’t “cross Friday’s” fish.
Small: Hang in there.
Large: I knew those things were good for something.
Small: You ain’t nothin’ but an Upward-Facing-hound dog…
Large: “faithful” fishing
The first stretch is really good for the arms, shoulder, and wrists.
The second stretch aims at your legs, ankles, and hips.
The third stretch crunches your midsection and puts it to use on your extremities.
Somebody’s optimistic.
Large: Gladly the cross I bear.Not to be confused with “Gladly, the cross-eyed bear.”
Trinitarian fishing pole: Three-in-One.
Ha ha to the comic on the left.
Large panel: Sign of the fisherman
Making Holy Water one lake at a time…
(Good luck with Kari Lake!)
Reminds me of the Paul Simon skit on SNL about the two prisoners hanging on the wall in a dungeon…
You first…
~~~Bless these fathers, for they have broken the glass ceiling for best fishing techniques in the contest!
the middle guy is named Teeter, now we know where his inversion table idea came from
I will make thee fishers of fish.
Just be glad they’re not catfishing fathers!
Caption 2: Crucifish.
[From an Orthodox priest’s sermon] “We know that St. Peter was a lousy fisherman, because every time in Scripture that he catches a fish, it’s treated as a miracle.”
he’s resigned to the fact that fishing is just his cross to bear…
First panel, that’s how I felt this morning…
