I think I figured it out now.
Helium is on top….that way it goes to their heads, and helps keep them silly, and standing upright.
Cream pies are fattening… so they’re on the bottom, making their big feet heavy.
Bob has one more healthy addition…mango pork chop on a stick.
Silly string beans?
