I’d like to think that the metal bar door is just Miles’ hyperactive imagination, but considering that this is the same universe where Santa fights frost zombies to protect the world, it ain’t a stretch to imagine Gene installing sliding metal doors in Miles’ room.

Be thankful this is all of your punishment. If you were my kid… I can’t think of any punishment too nasty for you!
