I used to think my toys could come to life, which is why I was always so careful with them and only took a couple of them when I went on vacation.

Why does Toy Story comes to mind?

Okay, this made me LOL. As definitely more of a Kevin myself (at least in this regard), I used to find it weird and annoying when an elementary aged friend would show off a set of action figures they were keeping in the box. Guess you could say the joke’s on me what with the value they probably gained…..but I don’t care, they never got to experience the simple joy of having the inspiration to swap two toys’ body parts and then the pride of having completed what you set out to do.

My toys ARE alive. I’m not the only one, right?

I think every boy goes through the “toy mutilation” phase. I really regret ruining some AWESOME 90s figures.:(

I love these guys. I see myself in both of them. Not at the same time.

On the other hand, I took care of my toys because I was taught to take care of my things
