I usually wait till I have to unbuckle my pants………(๑╹ڡ╹๑)

… or the floor gives way under my feet.

I have learned how to say “enough“ once I’ve eaten way too much.

I’m trying to monitor my eating carefully, especially in this heat.

Ha! There’s always regurgitation. The kids will love it!

He must have missed leg day this week! :)
