Well, SOMETHING happened to the eggs. Notice that in the second panel there are 23 egg halves. In the third panel there are only 21! Did Petey do something with two? (Yes, I counted them because it just didn’t look the same!) Can’t ask Richard. He passed away 7 years ago.
