1) The sign says “Welcome Ice Machine Repairman”, not “Repairmen”, so it’s just that after two months, the right part must have finally come in to fix the hotel’s machine.
2) I hear you can get some excellent discount on rooms in Geek’s Neck during hurricane season.

I wonder if the TV only gets locals. If it does, it could be a long rainy vacation.

“Why is it raining” – great question!

I’m betting that we’ll see a different series though than Calvin & Hobbes, Richard’s pretty creative.

It’s not a convention being welcomed on the sign, but the man asked to come and fix the machine.

Man, I need to get my glasses fixed. I thought the sign said “Welcome Ice Machine Fishermen”.

“Hole in the wall”?! Try the Sunshine Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida me and a friend went to a few years ago. That place is a dump!

As you will learn Alice, it’s raining because you are on vacation.

There must be 50 Sunshine Motels and they are dumps !

I once stayed at “the place with the buggies.” They had horse-drawn carriages on display, but the other interpretation was highly probable!

You want the worst hole-in-the-wall hotel/motel in the world, I have to propose the Trumps Inn, Orangeburg SC.
O … M … G!
Of course, there are a couple of really nasty places in Aberdeen, MD, too.
