Okay, I don’t get it. It’s just a shopping cart, being pushed down the street between two very long lines of “crowd” and between two other floats, moving very slowly, in a very long line of floats. Just how much can go wrong?

In Hartford, we have the Hooker Day Parade where you have to push something, lawnmower, shopping cart, octomom baby carriage. Costumes(especially drag) are welcome.
In Manchester tomorrow they have the Boom Parade where you wear red, white, and blue and carry a boom box, all blasting to the same station.
