Homework blindness…

If only homework can go paperless.

The Cul de Sac strips seem different lately—the drawing and humor seem slightly off. Is someone filling in for Richard Thompson?

Funny, how a backpack’s worth of papers can so completely fill Dad Ottterloop’s teeny tiny car! Hope they make it home safely!

Knowing the way my kid stuffs his backpack, I can see that happening.

Contrary to what some may say, I think the the guest artists are doing a great job in Richard’s absense.

“Little Miss Gilded Lily Late Winter Hat” has got to be on a par with Queen Rattlebasket from the Christmas play!

But if all homework went paperless, then what would the dog eat?

I’ve come to truly love the Cul de Sac world. RT is a great cartoonist. Regarding many of the comments that I’ve been reading for 2 weeks, all I can say is, who only would truly know his own characters better than RT himself? I think that these guest cartoonists are doing a fantastic job. These are people who are friends and care a lot about RT, and I want to thank them. And, RT, my very best wishes, we miss you and wish for your speedy, healthy return.

Dad needs a bigger car, but then it wouldn’t be funny, would it? :-D
