What are retirees doing thinking a school as an RV park?

Are you sure you aren’t embellishing your report just a bit, Petey? After all, you are a renowned author (see Toad Zombies)….

I used to teach in a school district that, at the time, just could not convince the town to pass a bond to build a new high school. So the old one was overcrowded, and had several dozen portable classrooms out back to accommodate all the students. I could see EXACTLY this sort of thing happening out there! (Fortunately, a few years later, they finally passed a bond, and the district now has two sensibly-sized high schools.)

Funny.

Nice long weekend. Kinda sad to get back to it.

I just attended my 60th High School reunion this weekend. The “temporary bungalows” that were used in my day are still there.

This is one of my favorites! You really feel for Petey while laughing yourself silly.

Hard to find a good hobo jungle these days.

Happy Tuesday, Akenta and Johnny. I had a nice Thanksgiving Weekend. Ate lots. ;-D

Back to work for me tmr. for 2 days, then off for 3, then a regular work week, then a week off! Woot! Woot! Love my job, but time off is NICE!
