Plain, unadorned oatmeal tastes like buttons.

I’m with Dill. Any oatmeal not in a cookie is a waste of cupboard space.

The adjective lugubrious must be used before the word oatmeal unless oatmeal is being used with the word cookie. Oatmeal stout is lugubrious.

Just say it backwards, Dill: “leamtao”. That will make it taste much better!

But, then you would have to use chopstix!

I’ve never been able to stand oatmeal, no matter how it’s flavored. It’s a texture thing!

I had oatmeal for breakfast today.
