That Ernesto! He’s a pip!

I know the term pied-à-terre only accidentally, through running across it in a story. Is it really all that common in America?

Although come to think of it, if Ernesto uses real words which are unknown to Petey, is that evidence that Ernesto is real?

Maybe, Pied-eyed-terror would be better?

A nom de plume would only work if he’s writing about his exploits.

I have a nom de guerre. But, my friends rarely use it.

You know if you add “loop” to the end, it almost sounds like “Petey Otterloop”… ☺
