must’ve been ages since the Otterloops’ back yard has been mowed

Cul de Sac … a lovely suburb of Tick City.

Get Petey out of his Womb & get him to Coup de Grass!

No room to romp, there’s a room for that.

My family didn’t romp, we frolicked.

Alice doesn’t care that the grass is full of ticks, ants and spiders and more.

The Chiggers must be having a feast!

Good think they don’t have a dog.

Eeny meenie miney…hey mow!

So wait, did Mr Otterloop wanted to mow the lawn when Alice was romping, or the other way around?

At first I thought she was on a prairie!

I’m happy to say that in our little town, not too far outside a big city, there was still room to romp and places to explore and have adventures when I was kid. With our imaginations, summer and endless energy we had a ball!

I don’t think that is grass. Looks more like very hard packed weeds with some grass.

Fearless jungle romper Alice Otterloop! Mr. O better have a powerful mower to deal with the condition of that backyard!

Remember, as the Monk theme says, “It’s a jungle out there!”

That looks like my yard after all the rain we’ve had in the midwest!

Romping around the mower is how power toenail clippers were invented…
