    I guess Petey can say 2 things about President Hayes: he was an abolitionist who defended refugee slaves before the Civil War and he rocked a beard that made him look like he could have been the 4th member of ZZ Top, if he was born about 120 years later. Obviously he was a better leader than some of the world leaders from more current times……

    Beards can be good. Now, as a senior guy, because of the Covid Quarantine I have grown a good grey one, the first ever for me. I am, so far, not unhappy with it….

    So, Petey, My Hero, go with the Hayes Beard for your project. It’s a sure winner!
