Flying in dreams never does end well…

Just be grateful it was flour……

The Japanese SDF couldn’t hit Godzilla in a fat suit in the early movies.

I have never seen this one and I love it! “PUBPF” indeed! Although I am trying to picture “Godzilla in a fat suit” and maybe that is what I’ll dreaming about tonight.

They don’t make trebuchets like they used to.

Godzilla: “Hey, I’m big-boned!”

Wonderful! When I was a child I dreamed I was floating height in the sky and then started to fall. When I hit the ground I awakened to find that I had rolled out of the top bunk of our bunkbed! True story.

He should have dreamt that ET was powering his flight. Then it would have been trebuchet-proof.

At the time the dreams feel so real. I used to dream I could levitate. I was into meditation at the time so . . .

Haha! Dill is so cute, I love his appearances, but in that last panel he looks like a dejected old man, sitting there.

E.T. was only trying to phone home, but perhaps Dill was trying to escape home, and the “affections” of his brothers.

Those birds. Godzilla in a fat suit. Trebuchets. Heavens, how we miss R.T.!

I don’t recall ’flying dreams," but I did have, when ever so much younger, recurrent dreams of practically flying down flights of stairs, leaping from one flight to the next, barely ever touching down before gliding forward again! I have no idea what it may have meant….

The visuals … the dialogue in the last panel … this one’s great. Made me laugh.
