That was me when I was a little girl and I have the pictures to prove it. The only thing different is that I didn’t wear them at Alice’s age. Stopped at 3 years.

I lived in the South when I was a kid (and still do): Snowpants were not and are still not a thing.

I hated snow pants too.

The threat loses something when you begin with, “I will make my way over there…”

If she tips over, that’s not good…

The best thing about snowpants was the elastic band on the bottom so they didn’t bunch up in your boots.

Somehow the snow always got down into my boots despite the snowpants.

Snowsuits. All I wanna know is what kind of sadist invented snowSUITS for little kids that take twenty minutes to get out of when you have to go potty!!!!

Don’t fall for that empty threat, Beni! You can easily outwalk her waddling in those humongous snowpants! Laugh away!

If you ever think your kids won’t remember something you, as a parent, made them do, I recall my mom making me wear my snowsuit to school one day. Sophomore through Senior year was never the same.
