What Alice grabs the most is attention. Petey flees attention.

Alice, skipping thru the first three panels using toddler speak; last panel, she’s holding forth like a BU co-ed. Did Richard know something we don’t know?

No one’s frightened of saying it, everyone’s playing it, flowing more freely than wine.

Astute observations from Alice and Beni. How can we possibly know the boundaries without pushing and pulling them? To the four year old, what’s mine is mine, and what’s yours is mine, if she can get away with it. Grabby is as grabby does, and we all know Alice’s best grabby is attention.

Alice certainly is testy. And Beni eggs her on with his misinformation….
