Dog free library: take a stick, leave a stick

Looks more like a muskrat nest than a beaver lodge.

I’ve seen exactly this behavior in toddlers. It’s kind of cute, and funny.

Now I’m wondering what a great stick looks like??

Your weird kids infest your house, all right ☺

My children went through this, and they were a lot older than Alice. On the other hand, they were using their imagination to make the sticks into all kinds of things, so I didn’t mind.

Alice is gonna be a great branch manager.

Later, Alice grabs her Bowie knife and reduces the pile into mulch – because you can never have enough mulch (or deviled eggs) to throw.

To me, that looks more like a Dill Project…

Or someone is planning on burning a doll at the stake?

Alice has got stick-to-itiveness.

Ha! Lets see dill get those through the mail slot!

Boy, she really stick-s to it.

When you’re a kid a collection of Good Sticks is pretty much necessary!

Peter and Madeline are parents; as all kids know, parents don’t understand what’s important to us kids!

(Don’t blame the beavers. They don’t even live in Cul de Sac….)
