Every volcano needs to vent a little smoke and steam now and again, even when it’s not a full blow eruption. As every ring of fire resident knows, rejoice in the little tremblers, because those incremental releases prevents the major build up to a cataclysmic quake where California slides into the sea, or Cul de Sac as it were. Clearly the Blisshavenites are aware of this local phenomenon , as they know to simply stand back and let things run their course.
