I’m also a vegetarian, so prefer my dressing baked in a pan. I don’t care for potatoes AT ALL, but will take a nibble of yams, without marshmallows, thank you.
Both – both pretty basic, with the potatoes being mashed, and turkey neck gravy. The sweet potato has been going a bit farther the last few years – we’ve been adding chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead of butter and brown sugar, per an Alton Brown recipe in Food Channel Magazine.
