As for Pete…. if he thinks he’s in the right, he should stand and defend.
If he doesn’t, he should apologise.
Personally, I’d say if Elliot were 17, there might be a question…
It doesn’t matter who’s paying for it… a minor lives under your roof, you’re responsible for his well-being and his actions.
He could be the object of bullying, tempted by drug dealers, all sorts of things you need to know.
But Elliot is only TEN.
NO ten year old kid should have a cell phone without parental oversight. PERIOD.
