Well – yes; but thanks to the strict measures pretty soon here in Bavaria it was OK for a while. Now? Masks not covering anything but the chins, only put over the mouth (and sometimes the nose) if receiving a stern look – or no masks at all; the louder and more unpleasant, the higher the probability for that.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant has fully reopened and is full as before the pandemic with many Chinese people; we prefer to order take-out for now (they don’t deliver and we have the food ourselves, therefor we know). We miss that liveliness, but we are sensible in that way.
