Yep. Every time stores rearrange the aisles.

I detest having to navigate a phone bank menu. I don’t know anyone’s extension number and by the time I get the selections entered, I hear: “We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Please call again later.” Then I’m hung up on. Frustrates the hound outta me. ☹︎

Press # to repeat these options in random order.

I wish they had menu options to determine what kinda hold music to listen to.
