I don’t recognize the tune, but it’s not “Endearing Young Charms”. “Endearing Young Charms” was the tune in a Looney Tunes cartoon where a piano was rigged with a bomb to explode when a certain note was played. Bugs Bunny (I think) kept missing that note until the other guy (Daffy Duck or Yosemite Sam?) said “No, no, it goes like this!” Kaboom!

The tune is called “The Wedding of Lochan McGraw”, but it could’ve been (almost) any other song.
