Not too long after I got an Apple Watch, it notified me that I had been sitting too long, and I needed to get up and move around. While still sitting, I figured out how to turn that particular feature off!
I have some questions about that business of sitting for long periods of time being unhealthy, indeed “hazardous”. Mainly: what does it take to “reset”, so the clock starts over? Is getting up to make another cocktail enough? Or does one have to do so-and-so many push-ups? Or walk a minimum of half a mile?

Sitting is the new smoking; so if you smoke while you sit you can be really edgy.

An hour is the longest I will sit at one time otherwise my sciatica goes nuts
The time it takes to watch an hour long TV show fast forwarding through the commercials is just about right

Masking everything but your mouth and nose is also pretty edgy.
