Some days I have trouble falling asleep, but then once I finally do, I have dreams about not being able to sleep. Sometimes, I think my brain hates me.

Actual night mares keep me asleep as a sheep.

Think constructive thoughts.

I sleep better than ever since I went back to working nights and sleeping days

I hoped having the bed to herself at night would help my wife with her insomnia

I saw a car with a bike rack like that enter a hotel with well marked low clearance entrance. The bikes did not survive.
