My, how time flies!!

At Hobby Lobby, we’ve been getting trees since late February, putting out Christmas merchandise since early June, and put most Christmas merchandise on sale for 50% off the marked price. (Insert a skull emoji here.)

Months and years is passing fastly these days. Maybe earth is revolving faster eh.

The years, and now the decades, are almost passing that fast.

Maybe the calender needs a reboot

Spring is sprung, Fall is fell. Winter’s here, and I’m cold as h*ll.

Happy Easter!

Winter is long and really tough here in northernmost Maine. Lots of snow and freezing cold. A new “wind chill” record was set last year…..a balmy -63 degrees Fahrenheit. You could ask why would anyone live here, but seeing such severe weather across the rest of our country I’ll take the snow!…..and the cold…..and the eternal wait for Spring which starts showing up around mid-April if we’re lucky.

The horse is a Thanksgiving denier

Someone came up with a “new” Halloween decoration – a small ceramic Christmas tree with lights, but it’s in Halloween colors!

put up the Halloween window clings with my grand daughter yesterday, it’s a yearly tradition for us and helps keep birds from hitting the window
